Simon Gardner
Global CTO, Chief Operating Officer EMEA, Oper8 Global AsiaSimon Gardner has over 37 years’ experience in data centre design and implementation, with considerable expertise in high-performance computing. In addition to designing landmark data centres across the globe, he is an active member of ASHRAE, the Green Data Centre Alliance and the Data Centre Engineering Group. Simon is also an ANSITIA 942 Lead Auditor, Designer and Instructor, developing and delivering numerous technical training courses around the world.
Prior to establishing Oper8 Global in 2019, Simon was the founder and Managing Director of Stultz Modular, Technology Space Integration and EPI.
Simon is currently a member of the Advisory Panels for both Oxford University and Imperial College London advising on high-performance computing solutions, exploring future trends and developing a five-year road map on their computing requirements.
Simon is a Chartered Engineer who holds a BSc Hons (Oxon) Engineering with Thermodynamics from Brooks University Oxford and an MBA from Cranfield Business School.
