Siva Kotipalli

AI Business Development Manager, AMD

Siva Kotipalli is an AI Business Development Manager at AMD, where he drives server AI solutions within the Data Center Business Unit. He leads the creation of CPU+GPU-driven AI platforms and orchestrates end-to-end business strategy. His work focuses on AI workloads such as pre-training, fine-tuning, and inference for next-generation multi-billion to trillion-parameter LLMs. Before assuming his current role, he spearheaded AMD’s Commercial AI PC strategy—launching the company’s entry into the AI PC space—and developed AI-based solutions emphasizing enterprise security.

Prior to AMD, he honed his technical expertise at Samsung Austin Semiconductor, enhancing CPU performance for Galaxy S smartphones and earning the Samsung President’s Award. Siva holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business and an MS in Computer Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
