With over a decade of experience in mission-critical operations, Rayan specializes in data center operations, business transformation, technology development and client solutioning. Responsible for overseeing service delivery across more than 200 data centers in 40+ countries, and a global team of 2,000 staff, Rayan brings a wealth of expertise that has been leveraged in optimizing operational workflows, driving efficiency, and fostering innovation. He has led large-scale transformations, including global restructuring programmes across staffing and supply chains, building and implementing new operational delivery models, integrating end-to-end lifecycle requirements and providing consultancy to major hyperscale clients. In addition, he has played a key role in the design and adoption of advanced technology solutions, including custom tools, digitization of workflows, and AI-driven integrations.
