Isabelle Kemlin

Vice-Chair, Swedish Datacenter Industry (SDIA)

Mrs. Kemlin is active in the global digital infrastructure industry with the focus of bringing efficiency on top of the agenda through research and innovation of sustainable solutions. She works with this by increasing the interest and understanding of the possibilities of the digital infrastructure sector as an enabler in the ongoing twin – digital and sustainability – transition as well as through her work at RISE – Research Institutes of Sweden.

At RISE, Mrs. Kemlin works as a Business and Innovation Executive at the unit ICE Datacenter. Previously, Mrs. Kemlin has been leading teams performing maintenance and projects in critical environments for almost 15 years in different industries ranging from telecom, steel beam and sawmill production sites to hospitals. Before working for RISE, she has been responsible for the data center business of CBRE in the Nordics. Mrs. Kemlin is a co-founder and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Swedish Datacenter Industry and board member at European Data Centre Association (EUDCA).

In 2020, she was awarded for outstanding contributions within the Digital Infrastructure community by the industry association IMasons.

Mrs. Kemlin has a MSc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden
