With an extensive background in driving strategic initiatives, organisational design and managing high-performing teams across different industries, Emma's leadership and expertise have been instrumental in the success of numerous high-impact projects (including the delivery of all lighting for the London 2012 Olympics). Additionally, Emma is the Chair of Governors at a large secondary school challenging the Senior Leadership Team to ensure all students have access to high-quality learning experiences. Her involvement with the EMEA iMWomen committee underscores her commitment to gender equity and creating awareness of opportunities for women in the workforce.
