Craig is a seasoned real estate professional with a passion for developing digital infrastructure assets including 5-20+ MW data center facilities and 20-120+ acre campuses. Over the past 10 years, he has successfully delivered 250+ MW of projects ranging from multi-tenant enterprise and colocation facilities to build-to-suit and turn-key projects to purpose-built powered shells. They include campuses, ground-up new construction, building retrofits, and customized high-performance compute (HPC) suites.
