Charles heads up Eclipse Power Solutions (EPS), the grid consultancy business within the Eclipse Power Group. Sitting alongside Eclipse Power Networks IDNO, Charles manages the upstream connections process for the IDNO’s data centre connections (with DNOs and National Grid) as well as supporting customers with obtaining power earlier in the development cycle. Charles has worked in the grid connections space for six years, obtaining and developing for generation, EV charging, data centre and private wire projects. Charles sits on various industry working groups, including CMP435 – applying connections reform to the whole queue
