Catriona’s role within JLL’s Data Centre business is to drive client value and growth at a strategic level by ensuring our data centre consulting proposition, approach and delivery are holistic and of exceptional value and quality.

She does this across the three regions of the globe in collaboration with the local teams, drawing together all elements of the JLL offer such as sustainability, operations, DEI & cultural transformation, industry consulting and procurement.

With an extensive background in data centres, consulting, cultural transformation, and sales, Catriona delights in being able to bring her wealth of experience to clients ensuring that all client partnerships are high-performing and drive measurable business improvements.

Catriona’s past experience includes Head of Data Centre Operations at a top-tier global colocation provider; leading a Consultancy business delivering turnaround transformations & high potential leadership courses; Sales leadership/director positions at companies including Schneider Electric.

Being able to look at the industry through these various lenses means Catriona can discuss a broad range of topics knowledgeably. This includes DEI & cultural transformations, outsourcing, FM services, data centre operations, sustainability, legislation & compliance, operating models, sales, employee engagement, and all commercial aspects of business.
