Jika, a leading specialist in data center infrastructure projects, has announced its participation in DCD>Connect MENA 2025, a premier event for professionals designing, building, and operating next-generation data centers. The event will take place in Dubai, April 15-16, this year, bringing together key industry leaders to explore innovative and sustainable solutions for the AI-driven data center era.
DCD>Connect MENA will host over 800 senior leaders and experts from the data center industry, who are working on the Middle East and North Africa’s largest data center projects. It will feature at least 130 expert speakers, 60+ exhibitors showcasing cutting-edge technology, and three co-located events covering the full digital infrastructure ecosystem.
With the rapid rise in data generation and storage requirements across industries, the demand for scalable, efficient, and climate-resilient infrastructure has never been greater and it is therefore inevitable for countries and corporations to grow in tandem with the projected needs. According to a JLL report, the global data center storage capacity is expected to double from 10.1 zettabytes (ZB) in 2023, to 21.0 ZB in 2027, reflecting an 18.5 percent compound annual growth rate over five years.
“The exponential growth of AI and digital transformation is accelerating the demand for smart, sustainable, and future-ready data center infrastructure. At Jika, we are committed to delivering innovative, value-engineered solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
Our participation in DCD Connect MENA is a key step in engaging with industry leaders, understanding evolving requirements of the industry, and showcasing how Jika is shaping the future of data center infrastructure through innovative, efficient and sustainable infrastructure solutions,” said Mr Rushabh Dedhia, managing director at Jika.
Jika specializes in heavy-duty structural ceilings, modular support systems, seismic-resistant MEP engineering, and hot aisle containment solutions – all tailored to support mission-critical data center operations. The company has successfully delivered 2 million square feet of data center infrastructure across India, about 300+ megawatt (MW) in the Middle East, and APAC, with an additional 500,000+ square feet of infrastructure and 433+ MW capacity in the pipeline.
This includes an eight MW fitout in Qatar for a leading telecom company, plus the company is actively in discussions with multiple data center developers to introduce its latest engineering solutions. Jika is also expanding its manufacturing capacity by an additional 30MW per month, reaching a total of 70MW per month, to meet growing regional and global demand.
Jika’s participation in DCD Connect MENA reinforces its strategic expansion in the Middle East and North Africa, positioning it as a trusted partner for high-performance, sustainable, and innovative data center infrastructure solutions in India and APAC countries.
