US data center firm Tonaquint has rebranded to ValorC3 Data Centers.
The CVC DIF-owned company announced this change this week, saying the move aligns with its focus to expand colocation, cloud, and connectivity services across the US.

ValorC3 owns and operates data centers in St. George, Utah; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and Boise, Idaho.
Tonaquint was founded in 2008 in Utah as a subsidiary of local developer Kay H. Traveller; DIF Capital Partners (now CVC DIF) acquired the company at the start of 2023.
The company took over its facility in Oklahoma City with the acquisition of EdgeX Data Centers in 2023; it acquired the Boise location after buying Fiberpipe Data Centers in 2020.
