Stream Realty Partners has announced it is planning to build a 150,000 square foot data center in San Antonio, Texas.
The building will be sited on a 33 acre lot which the company has specifically purchased for the project. The size of the land acquired gives Stream Realty the option of expanding the facility to 350,000 square foot in the future.
According to the company the shell of the building is scheduled for completion in March 2008. Corgan Associates is the architect for the project, which it is hoped will attract a single major corporate tenant to occupy the building.
