Serverfarm has topped out a new data center in Clarksville, Arkansas.
“Big day in Clarksville, Arkansas. Today we placed the final beam on the first building of Serverfarm’s new data center campus,” Serverfarm CEO Avner Papouchado said on LinkedIn last week. “We are in Clarksville for the long term. We thank the community for accepting us, and we are working hard on being a long-term good neighbor.”
The two-story ARK1 is set to offer 108MW of capacity across 300,000 sq ft (27,870 sqm).
At full build-out, the campus is set to comprise four buildings, totaling 1.2 million sq ft (111,485 sqm) and 432MW of capacity.
Serverfarm is working with Yates Construction, Nabholz Construction, and Eutaw Construction Company on the project.
News that the company was looking to develop in Clarksville, Johnson County surfaced last year.
Serverfarm was founded in 2009 by real estate development firm Red Sea Group and acquired by Manulife in 2023.
The company operates 11 data center campuses across North America, including Texas, Georgia, Illinois, Washington, Northern Virginia, California, and Toronto. It also operates three more sites across Amsterdam, the Netherlands; London, UK; and Tel Aviv, Israel.
