Engineering services firm Kent has acquired data center design and consulting firm Sudlows Consulting from Sudlows Group.
The companies announced this week that the deal has closed, but terms were not shared.
Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Dubai, Sudlows Consulting is a data center design and engineering firm with offices in India, Saudi Arabia, and South Africa. It has completed more than 100 projects across 20 countries.

The companies said the deal will allow Sudlows Consulting to scale its business, broaden its global reach, and reinforce its leadership position in the sector.

Founded in 1919, Kent is a privately owned international integrated energy services partner backed by Nesma & Partners. It provides engineering services and project delivery solutions for the oil and gas, industrial, renewables, and low-carbon industries.

Sudlows Group was founded back in 1912. The company has been working in critical infrastructure for more than 25 years. The company has three core divisions; Critical Infrastructures, Enterprise Services, and Facilities Management.
