InterServer, a specialist in customized bare metal solutions, is particularly looking to expand its offering in the New Jersey market. 365 has 20 data centers across the US, including multiple New Jersey locations such as Carlstadt and Bridgewater, enabling InterServer to grow beyond its existing Secaucus hub.

New Jersey has been targeted due to its existing data center presence, proximity to New York City, and its increasing access to subsea cables. Much of this is also due to the presence of various stock exchanges in New Jersey, and the low latency connectivity required in the area for traders.

"365 Data Centers is excited to partner with InterServer to deliver cutting-edge IT infrastructure solutions," said Bob DeSantis, CEO of 365 Data Centers. "Our network-centric data centers in New Jersey, combined with InterServer's expertise in web hosting and cloud services, will provide businesses in the region with unparalleled access to secure, reliable, and scalable IT services."

"We're looking forward to forging a great path forward with 365 and we believe that there is a tremendous amount of growth to be had with this partnership," stated Mike Lavrik, co-founder of InterServer. "We're really looking to build our relationship with 365 and take it to the next level. We feel that there's an adjacency and a solid partnership to be forged ahead, particularly as we continue to expand our footprint in the New Jersey market."

According to InterServer's website, the company has a presence in six data centers, five of which are located in Secaucus (including Equinix' NY4 site, CoreSite's NY2 data center, and Evoque's NYC 3). Elsewhere, the company has a presence in Los Angeles.

365 Data Centers is a colocation provider specializing in Edge locations. The company has data centers in Alpharetta (GA), Aurora (CO), Boca Raton (FL), Bridgewater (NJ), Buffalo (NY), Carlstadt (NJ), Chicago (IL), Commack (NY), Detroit (MI), Fort Lauderdale (FL), Herndon (VA), Nashville (TN), Marlborough (MA), Philadelphia-University City (PA), Philadelphia Downtown (PA), New York City (NY), Rancho Cordova (CA), Richardson (TX), Smyrna (GA), and Tampa (FL), the latter of which the company was expanding in 2023.

Following Sungard's filing for bankruptcy in 2022, 365 acquired the majority of Sungard AS’ US-based Colocation and Network Services business, with eight data centers becoming part of the 365 portfolio.
