HP has a new CEO and President, Leo Apotheker, one time CEO of SAP.

Apotheker will follow in the footsteps of Mark Hurd, who is now President of Oracle.

Hurd stood down from the head position at HP recently following behaviour related to allegations of sexual harassment, of which he was found innocent, and the findings he had filed inaccurate expense records.

Apotheker is also expected to join HP
