Expand Energy is selling a large part of its large office campus and data center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Listed by Colliers via Loopnet, the offering includes 15 buildings totaling 1.8 million sq ft (167,225 sqm) on the 103-acre campus.
The data center facility spans 56,250 sq ft (5,200 sqm), with 2.9MW of IT capacity across 12,000 sq ft (1,100 sqm) of raised floor space.
A listing price has not been shared.
The listing said the campus has been built out in several phases since 2001, with the campus being split into East and West Campuses.
The West Campus is home to 14 of these existing buildings, with only one located at the East Campus.
Expand Energy is expected to consolidate into Building 15 on the East Campus, which is currently undergoing renovations, as reported by the Oklahoman.
The property also includes a daycare facility, restaurants, a fitness center, and 32 acres of undeveloped land up for grabs.

The company has been involved in controversies, including underpayment of royalties to landowners, collusions with Canadian utility Encana to lower land prices, cancellations of leases, price fixing, and collusion in land auctions.
