US investment firm Dominari Holidays has launched an HPC data center unit, American Data Centers Inc. (ADC), alongside the elder sons of US President Donald Trump.
Working alongside Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr, American Data Centers will focus on AI infrastructure in the US. Dominari will hold a 32 percent ownership of the company.
Kyle Wool, president of Dominari Holdings said that ADC aims to build a "robust portfolio of cutting-edge, energy-efficient data centers strategically located in key markets across the US."
Details on locations or specifications of any planned data centers were not shared.
Wool added: "Strengthening American AI infrastructure is vital to support the global rise in demand for these technologies. This venture aligns with our broader strategy to invest in high-growth industries and deliver lasting value to our shareholders."
Dominari Holdings specializes in wealth management, investment banking, sales and trading, and asset management, and is seeking opportunities outside of its current business.
Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr. joined the Advisory Board of Dominari on February 11, 2025, noting at the time their shared aim to move into the AI data center sector.
Eric Trump said of the new venture: "The establishment of ADC is crucial for the development of AI infrastructure in the United States. With the soaring demand for data and an urgent need for scalable and efficient data solutions, ADC is poised to become a leading player in the rapidly advancing AI sector, ensuring that America can rely on homegrown solutions to power its AI backbone."
Eric and Donald Trump Jr are both sons of the current POTUS, Donald Trump.
Eric has previously been criticized after it was revealed that his foundation, the Eric Trump Foundation, had shifted money intended to go to cancer patients to the Trump's businesses, including $1.2 million for the use of Trump's Westchester golf course. Eric denied this, claiming that the foundation had used Trump Organization assets for free and "at no time did the Trump Organization profit in any way from the foundation or any of its activities."
During the 2020 election, Eric argued alongside his father that, following Trump's loss, the election result was a "fraud," and shared a fake video showing Trump ballots being burned.
Donald Trump Jr has similarly been involved in controversies, including comparing refugees to Skittles: "If I had a bowl of Skittles and I told you just three would kill you, would you take a handful? That's our Syrian refugee problem," and for doing an interview with white supremacist James Edwards. Donald Jr later said this move was "unintentional." He was also investigated as a person of interest for the capital riots, and in a fraud investigation of misuse of his father's inaugural funds in Washington D.C. A settlement was reached on the fraud case.
