Erick founded Nusantara Data Center Academy as a sub-academy of Nusantara, with the vision of establishing an industry-ready workforce in accordance with national industry requirements and international standards, assisting the industry in providing skilled manpower to various data center stakeholders in Indonesia, while also carrying out skills development to reduce underemployment, increase productivity, and improve living standards.

Erick has collaborated with non-profits, academia, corporations, communities, regulators, and industry groups to address the massive digital talent concerns facing the data center industry.

He is also presently the Head of Talent Development and Industry Certifications for the Indonesian Data Center Provider Organization (IDPRO).
