He has transacted in excess of AUD$1BN on behalf of hyperscalers, colo operators, developers and government clients. His previous engagements have included acquisitions, capital raising, development management, leasing and divestment.

Paul is responsible for LOGOS’ growth into the Data Centre sector and overseeing the acquisition, development and management of current and future projects.

He has over 16 years of real estate experience across Asia, 10 years of which were in the data centre space in various capacities including brokerage, consultancy and in-house with a developer.

Prior to LOGOS Paul spent four years with Equinix as a Senior Director leading the Development xScale (Asia Pacific) initiative, driving US$2.5bn of acquisitions in Tokyo, Osaka, Sydney and Seoul

Damon is the Regional Director for Asia Pacific for datacenterHawk. He had been involved in the data center industry with both commercial and strategy responsibilities. He first started as a graduate hire in IBM and gradually had a greater focus on data centers as they came into prominence over time. Prior to datacenterHawk, he was the Director of Strategy & Business Development with Digital Realty to build up the ecosystem. Damon is based in Singapore, a key hub of economic activity and melting pot of Asia. With the immense investment in data centers in APAC, Damon is excited to lead the team to help everyone make better decisions over a data center’s lifecycle.

Tugay Yilmaz is a Senior Investment Officer at IFC where she is part of the Infrastructure & Natural Resources team. Tugay is based in Singapore and is covering IFC’s Telecom and Digital Infrastructure investments in Malaysia, Philippines, Maldives, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.   She has 15 years of experience in corporate finance and equity investments in emerging markets, including over 10 years in the Telecom & Digital Infra space in Asia. 

Tugay joined IFC’s Infrastructure & Natural Resources investment team in 2008 and worked at IFC’s Offices in Istanbul, Washington DC, Hong Kong, Dubai and Singapore.  Currently, Tugay is sitting at IFC’s Investment Committees, globally, together with IFC Risk Team as part of her development assignment. She received a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Political Science from Bryn Mawr College (USA) and a Master's Degree in Public Administration in International Development (MPAID) from Harvard Kennedy School (USA).

TMT Infrastructure Strategy Service Line serving clients in Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa on infrastructure assets strategy (such as data center, towers, fiber and subsea cables), fixed and mobile network technologies and regulatory strategy.

Lorraine is passionate about helping solve challenges to ensure that digital infrastructure —key

infrastructure that enable us to connect, live, learn, work and play—are built in an ubiquitous, robust, environmentally and financially sustainable manner. She has over 15 years of management consulting, policy and academic experience in the telecoms and ICT sector.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Lorraine was Visiting Research Fellow at the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies (ISEAS-Yusoff Ishak Institute) writing and researching on Malaysia and the Philippines; lead research fellow on the Philippines for LirneAsia covering telecoms and ICT topics, assistant professor at the University of the Philippines and lecturer at Essec Asia Business Center Singapore.

Lorraine earned a PhD in Political Science and Southeast Asian Studies (Telecoms Regulation) from the Australian National University and a BA-MA in Political Science from the University of the Philippines.
