Securing capital for large-scale data center developments in APAC is becoming more complex as costs rise, power constraints reshape site selection, and investor risk appetites evolve. With AI-driven demand accelerating and more investors entering the sector, competition for funding is increasing, making financing strategies more critical than ever. In response, developers and operators are exploring joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and alternative funding models to structure deals and bring new capacity online.

This session will examine who is financing large-scale builds, how capital is being structured, and what financing strategies are enabling new development. Investors and operators will share what’s driving investment, how risk is being managed, and what it takes to secure financing for the next generation of large-scale data centers.
