Eugene Seo is Managing Director, Data Centre at CapitaLand Investment (CLI). He oversees strategy and execution of the data centre business, and works closely with CLI’s listed funds and private funds on this specialised asset class. Prior to CapitaLand, Eugene held several roles in investment and portfolio management at Ascendas-Singbridge (ASB). Before joining ASB, he was Head of InfoComms & Media at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and responsible for industry development and investment promotion of Singapore’s digital services sector. Eugene holds a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, USA and a Master of Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University, USA.

Before ENGIE Impact, Ivan held roles in management consulting, investment advisory, and tax consulting, working with clients globally. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management. Ivan is a CPA, CA (Canada). Noteworthy projects include leading the development of Net Zero strategy roadmaps for Indonesian conglomerates, establishing sustainable frameworks for future data centers in APAC, and supporting Article 6 advocacy initiatives. His contributions extend to Board/C-level conversations, integrating sustainability into investment decisions, and facilitating government engagements for regulatory compliance and implementation agreements.
