Prior to CapitaLand, Eugene held several roles in investment and portfolio management at Ascendas-Singbridge (ASB). Before joining ASB, he was Head of InfoComms & Media at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and responsible for industry development and investment promotion of Singapore’s digital services sector. Eugene holds a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, USA and a Master of Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University, USA.
