The data center sector faces two overlapping talent challenges. Firstly, a large proportion of those working in the industry will retire in the next decade and we need to plan to fill these leadership roles. Secondly, the sector simply does not have enough people to meet the predicted demand for services, leading to growth being curtailed if the industry cannot grow the size of our workforce.
