How can I create my DCD learner account via an enrollment key?

I have created my account, but can't login. What should I do?

For guidance on how to create your DCD>Academy learner account via enrollment key, please see the tutorial video above. If you have already created your learner account via enrollment key but have not verified your email address, you will not be able to login to your account. Please check your inbox and spam folder for an email from [email protected] to activate your account.

I can't remember my username and/or password. How can I recover my account and access my training?

I've finished my training. How can I access my completion certificate?

Is my training valid for CPD/ PDH units?

Yes, all DCD>Academy courses are accredited for CPD/ PDH units, which can be used towards many professional memberships and professional development requirements. Whether or not CPD credits issued by DCD>Academy are accepted by specific professional organizations, is at the discretion of the issuing bodies. If you have any questions regarding course accreditation, please contact [email protected].

How can I use my training towards a credential?

If you are interested in using your completed training towards a DCD>Academy credential, like Data Center Practitioner or Data Center Specialist, please contact [email protected] to discuss next steps.

How do I start my e-learning training?

I've finished the training. Why can't I access the course certificate?

If you´ve finished your e-learning course but are not able to download the course certificate, there is likely a task or required item pending completion. Please double check that you have passed the course assessment, and completed all feedback and evaluation items required. Once this has been done, the course will be marked as complete and your certificate will appear in the “transcripts” section of your learner profile. How do I access the virtual classroom and download course materials?

I have a conflict with the course schedule, what should I do?

If you have a commitment that will conflict with the schedule of the instructor-led course that you are enrolled in, please contact DCD>Academy to discuss the nature of the conflict and review the options to complete your training.

Will the session be recorded?

The recording of Instructor-Led sessions is strictly prohibited. If you have a conflict with the course schedule, please contact DCD>Academy to review the options to complete your training. Note that some courses in the Asia-Pacific region will be recorded for the sole purpose of grant and auditing requirements; the recordings will not be shared or distributed under any circumstances.

How do I complete the final exam?

I passed the final exam. Why can't I access the course certificate?

Course certificates for instructor-led courses do not enable automatically and are subject to DCD admin review. Assuming that you have passed the exam and that the course has been paid in advance, your certificate will be available to download from your DCD learner account approximately 1-3 days after course completion. If your certificate is not available after 3 days and you have doubts about the completion status, please contact [email protected].
