Business Classroom

DCD Academy Business level courses have been developed for individuals who do not necessarily have a technical background but need to understand the technology ecosystem that underpins a modern data center facility, the terminology and the key drivers that dictate why, where and how data centers are built. In the public classroom environment, you will encounter a broad range of students from business functions such as sales, marketing and financials to technical/operations functions in both IT and facilities, some using the courses as a stepping stone to our Advanced level courses.

Operations Classroom

DCD Academy Technical level courses have been developed to help IT and facilities staff and other job functions that work within the data center environment itself to understand the technologies and the best practices that are fundamental to successful data center operations on a day to day basis.

Design Classroom

DCD Academy Advanced level courses have been developed for individuals that already have technical and project experience within the data center environment and in many cases already have a graduate level education. In the public classroom environment, you will encounter a mix of senior facility engineers and data center operators from both Enterprise and Multi-tenant data center (colo/cloud/MSP) environments, consultants and product/sales engineers from technology vendors.

The DCD Academy e-learning series of online modules provide a broad spectrum of knowledge to existing and aspiring data center professionals with fast access to education on a range of technical subjects. These modules can be taken individually or as part of wider-ranging certificate programs.
