Strengthen your control on the key concepts behind mission critical infrastructure and operations

DCPro's e-learning series, Foundations of Mission Critical Infrastructure or FMCI®, is comprised of 18 e-learning modules and a total of 64 hours of self-study. It is being used by IT and facilities teams globally to create an education baseline for the mission critical workforce and to promote a safer and more efficient working environment.

FMCI® is an authorized training program for the Mission Critical Global Alliance (MCGA®) Certified Mission Critical Operator (CMCO®) certification, providing employers and individuals with a complete learning pathway to the CMCO® examination and certification.

In addition to the 18 mission critical e-learning modules, this training package includes a voucher to complete the CMCO certification exam.

How can this training help me to become Certified Mission Critical Operator (CMCO) certified?

Your training pathway to prepare yourself for the CMCO® exam begins with the completion of a 52-question skills assessment. Based on your assessment results, an overall revision of mission critical infrastructure and environments have been identified as areas to improve your knowledge and skills. Once the training has been puchased, you will be issued the CMCO exam voucher. Both the training and CMCO exam must be completed within one year from date of issue. The CMCO exam can be taken on Pearson VUE’s online remote testing platform, OnVUE, or in-person at any of Pearson VUE’s testing centers in North America, Europe, and Asia. See all exam voucher terms & conditions here.

Student feedback

  • Right now I have 60 of my facilities engineers going through DCPro’s Foundation of Mission Critical Infrastructure online certificate program. As well as finding the budget I need to help my team find the time to do this sort of thing - so I incorporate training time into my operational planning. The e-learning program takes then through all the principles that lay behind operating and maintaining a world class data center. I’m already noticing the difference.

  • There is a lot of useful information reference day to day operations from the infrastructure/IT to administrative tasks. The material included in the courses will allow our team to increase their knowledge base and apply it to their day to day activities, increasing efficiency and reducing risk. Regardless of how long you have worked in the Mission Critical industry it is always good to go back and review information on a periodic basis. Great refresher course for even those that have several years’ experience in the management and operation of mission critical facilities.
