The birth of a data center is a race against the clock, as time is money. It’s also one where no corners can be cut, and the eventual product must not fall below the agreed quality.
The judges want to hear about teams who showed commitment and initiative in their building project, and delivered something better than expected.
Eligibility
- The construction team must have been convened and have worked on a data center project within the last 12 months.
- Teams working on projects on behalf of any category of data center (enterprise, colocation/data center services, MSP, ISP, cloud provider etc) are eligible for this category.
- Architects, consulting engineers and contractors can nominate construction teams on behalf of their clients and assist in the preparation of the entry.
- This award will be presented jointly to the end-user/operator who commissioned the data center and the head(s) of the team responsible for its construction.
